摘要
本文简述了深冷低温容器用06Ni9DR钢(9%Ni钢)的发展及应用状况,介绍了本试验项目开展的目的以及为了获得较高的低温冲击韧性,如何选择焊接工艺方法及焊接材料,同时介绍了所开展的获得较高的低温冲击韧性的焊接工艺试验的焊接工艺参数及其力学性能测试情况,综合试验情况给出了获得较高低温冲击韧性的焊接方法的焊接要点。
This article describes the development and application of 06Ni9DR steel(9Ni) used in cryogenic vessel, introduces the purpose of this project and how to choose 9% Ni steel in order to obtain high low temperature impact toughness and how to choose the welding material, at the same time, introduced the welding technology parameters and their mechanical properties testing which have been carried out to obtain the higher low-temperature impact toughness of the welding process test, the comprehensive test results give the welding method of high low temperature impact toughness welding points.
