摘要
了解双相障碍患者ADCY-2基因rs4702484的多态性,探讨ADCY-2基因多态性与双相障碍共病肥胖的关系.方法 将108例双相障碍患者根据体质量指数25为分割点分为肥胖组(47例)和非肥胖组(61例) ,采用 PCR技术分析患者 ADCY-2基因 rs4702484的基因型和等位基因分布频率.结果 本组患者肥胖率为44%,检测到 ADCY-2基因 rs4702484位点存在CC 、CT及TT3种基因型.肥胖组患者CC基因型分布显著低于非肥胖组(P<0 .05) ,TT 基因型分布显著高于非肥胖组(P<0 .05).肥胖组患者等位基因C的分布频率显著低于非肥胖组(P<0 .05) ,等位基因T的分布频率显著高于非肥胖组(P<0 .05).结论 双相障碍和肥胖共病率高,ADCY-2基因rs4702484的C-T突变可能增加共病肥胖的风险.
Objective To understand the polymorphism of ADCY-2 gene rs4702484 in patients with bipolar disorder, and to explore the relationship between ADCY-2 gene polymorphism and bipolar disorder comorbid obesity. Methods 108 patients with bipolar disorder were divided into obese group (47 cases) and non-obese group (61 cases) according to the body mass index 25. The genotype and allele distribution frequency of the ADCY-2 gene rs4702484 were analyzed by PCR. Results The obesity rate of this group of patients was 44%, and there were three genotypes of CC, CT and TT in the rs4702484 locus of ADCY-2 gene. The distribution of CC genotypes in the obese group was significantly lower than that in the non-obese group (P<0. 05), and the TT genotype distribution was significantly higher than that in the non-obese group (P<0. 05). From the allele frequency, the frequency of allele C in the obese group was significantly lower than that in the non-obese group (P<0. 05) , and the frequency of allele T was significantly higher than that in the non-obese group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Bipolar disorder and obesity have a high comorbidity rate. The C-T mutation of ADCY-2 gene rs4702484 may increase the risk of comorbid obesity.
