摘要
马克思主义政党的时代观与政治观,是理论认知和分析基点。《共产党宣言》是马克思主义政党的政治"元典"。中国传统政治管理理论是重要渊源,主要包括大一统政治的观念体系与经验范式、厉行德治的政治传统、法制权威与伦理权威相结合的政治统治模式、独具特色的政治修养体系等思想因子。中国共产党的政治实践与理论积淀是直接来源,主要是围绕政治纲领和政治路线、政治权威和组织权威、革命理想和铁的纪律、群众观点和群众路线、党内生活和党性锻炼等核心命题来展开的。应在追根溯源中推进理论发展,切实增强党的政治建设理论的创新力、解释力和影响力。
The Marxist party’s view of the times and politics is the basis for the theoretical cognition and study of the Party’s political building in the new era. The Communist Manifesto serves as the "paramount canon" for Marxist political parties. The traditional Chinese political theory is an important source, including mainly the concepts and practical paradigm of the Great Unification Regime, the political traditions of practicing the rule of virtue, the political ruling mode combining legal authority and ethical authority, and the unique political cultivation system. The political experience and theory accumulated over the years by the Communist Party of China is a direct source, centered on the key issues, including the political propositions, lines, political and organizational authority,revolutionary ideals and convictions, strict discipline, the mass viewpoint and line, intraparty life and party consciousness. Tracing its origins, we should earnestly keep advancing the theory to enhance its innovativeness,explanatory power and influence.
