螺栓对压电换能器有效机电耦合系数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 基于压电换能器的机电等效电路图,推导了其共振、反共振频率方程,用数值计算的方法得到了螺栓的几何尺寸及材料对换能器有效机电耦合系数的影响。研究结果表明,换能器的总长度保持不变,螺栓长度增加时,有效机电耦合系数随之增大;螺栓加粗时,有效机电耦合系数随之减小。换能器的前后盖板均为45#钢,与钛、铜相比,45#钢作为螺栓材料时,换能器的有效机电耦合系数最低;当钛或铜作为螺栓材料、螺栓直径一定且螺栓长度较短时,换能器的有效机电耦合系数,前者小于后者;而螺栓长度较长时,换能器的有效机电耦合系数,前者大于后者,且随着螺栓长度的增加,有效机电耦合系数不断增大。 The resonance and anti-resonant frequency equations are deduced according to the electro-mechanical equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric transducer,and the effect of geometrical size and material of bolt on effective electro-mechanical coupling coefficient of the transducer is calculated by using the numerical method. The results show that the effective electro-mechanical coupling coefficient raises with the length of the bolt increasing,and decreases as the bolt thickens decreases,while keeping the length of the transducer constant. Compared with titanium and copper as the front and back plates of transducers,the effective electro-mechanical coupling coefficient is the lowest while the material of bolt is 45 #steel;when titanium or copper is used for material of bolt and the length of bolt is shorter,the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient of the former transducer is smaller than that of the latter;the former is greater than the latter while the length of bolt is longer,and the effective electro-mechanical coupling coefficient increases with the increase of the length of bolt.
