摘要
目的:研究剖宫产术后尿潴留患者采用补中益气汤加减、针灸联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取符合标准的剖宫产术后尿潴留患者57例,按随机数字表法分观察组(n=29)与对照组(n=28)。对照组采用新斯的明治疗,观察组采用补中益气汤加减、针灸联合治疗。比较2组疗效、治疗前后胀痛程度、膀胱安全容量、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为93.10%(27/29),高于对照组67.86%(19/28,P<0.05);治疗后2组疼痛程度及膀胱安全容量均显著改善,且观察组VAS评分、膀胱安全容量小于对照组(P<0.05);均未发现不良事件。结论:剖宫产术后尿潴留患者采用补中益气汤加减、针灸联合治疗效果显著,能有效改善胀痛及膀胱安全容量,安全性高。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with acupuncture on urinary retention after cesarean section.Methods:From November 2016 to April 2018,57 cases of urinary retention after cesarean section in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=29)and the control group (n=28).The control group was treated with neostigmine,while the observation group was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction and acupuncture therapy.The curative effect,the degree of pain before and after treatment,the safe bladder capacity and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%(27/29),which was higher than that of the control group 67.86%,(19/28,P<0.05);After treatment,the degree of pain and bladder safety capacity of the two groups were significantly improved,and the VAS score and bladder safety capacity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).No adverse events were found.Conclusion:The treatment of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with acupuncture has a significant effect on urinary retention patients after cesarean section.It can effectively improve the swelling pain and bladder safety capacity with high safety.
