摘要
高校BIM教学体系改革是解决BIM复合型人才匮乏的一个有效途径。通过分析当前三类BIM人才培养模式的特点及存在的问题,以工程管理专业为例,从BIM基础课程的设置、BIM课程与专业课程的融合、BIM和工程技术结合的专项训练及BIM的工程应用等四个方面,较为详细地论述了高校BIM教学体系的改革内容,进而探讨了基于BIM复合型人才的培养模式。分析表明:提出的改革方案能有效地把BIM课程教学和BIM工程应用结合在一起,对培养同时具备BIM应用能力和工程技术能力的复合型人才具有一定的实用性。
The reform of BIM teaching system is an effective way to solve the shortage of BIM compound talents. By analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of the three kinds of BIM personnel training models,taking the engineering management specialty as an example,this paper analyzes the establishment of the basic courses of BIM,the integration of BIM courses and specialized courses. This paper discusses in detail the reform content of BIM teaching system in colleges and universities from the four aspects of special training combined with BIM and engineering technology and the engineering application of BIM,and then probes into the training mode of compound talents based on BIM. The analysis shows that the proposed reform scheme can effectively integrate BIM course teaching and BIM engineering. The combination of application and technology has certain practicability for training compound talents with BIM application ability and engineering technology ability.
