玻璃化技术对复苏囊胚移植单胎妊娠及新生儿的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Vitrification on the Prognosis of Resuscitation Blastocyst Transplantation in Single Pregnancy and Newborns

摘要 目的研究玻璃化技术对复苏囊胚移植单胎妊娠及新生儿的影响。方法以2016年3月~2018年3月于我院接受辅助生殖技术治疗的患者342例为研究对象。将其分为研究组(118例,予以玻璃化技术冷冻囊胚复苏移植)与对照组(224例,予以玻璃化技术冷冻卵裂期胚胎复苏移植).分别比较两组的早产率、剖宫产率、新生儿出生及不良妊娠结局。结果研究组早产率、剖宫产率与对照组比较均无显著差异(P>0.05).两组新生儿胎龄、出生体重、出生身长、低体重、极低体重、出生缺陷、新生儿窒息、死亡、巨大儿发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论玻璃化技术冷冻囊胚复苏移植不会增加单胎妊娠的早产率与剖宫产率,且不增加新生儿不良结局发生风险。 Objective To study effects of vitrification technology on the prognosis of resuscitation blastocyst transplantation in single pregnancy.Methods 342 patients who received adjuvant reproductive technology treatment from Mar.2016 to Mar.2018 in our hospital were studied.All patients were divided into observation group(118 cases) and control group (224 cases)according to different methods.Patients in observation group received vitrification technology for cryoblastocyst resuscitation transplantation,while patients in control group received vitrification technology for cryoblastocyst embryo resuscitation transplantation during cleavage.Preterm birth rate,cesarean section rate,neonatal birth rate and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared betweeen the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in premature birth rate and cesarean section rate between the two groups (P >0.05 ).There were no significant differences in fetal age,birth weight,birth length,low birth weight,extremely low birth weight,birth defects,neonatal asphyxiation,death and giant infants between the two groups (P >0.05 ).Conclusion Vitrification technology in cryoblastocyst resuscitation transplantation will not increase the rate of preterm birth and cesarean section rate in single pregnancy,and will not increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcome in newborns.
