摘要
通过对日本、韩国、瑞典、英国、德国等世界发达国家近年来科技评价体制的现状与特点进行梳理总结,结合我国在科技评价体系建设中的薄弱与不足,分析国外经验在我国科技评价体系建设中的启示。
This paper summarizes the current situation and characteristics of science and technology evaluation system in Japan,South Korea,Sweden,Britain,Germany and other developed countries in recent years,and analyzes the enlightenment of foreign experience in the construction of science and technology evaluation system in China in the light of the weaknesses and deficiencies in the construction of science and technology evaluation system in China.
