摘要
科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,"科技创新驱动发展"战略的实施对"一带一路"沿线省区的科技创新发展有重要推动作用。通过收集2011～2016年"一带一路"重点18个省区企业科技创新投入、产出数据,利用广义数据包络(DEA)模型,对重点省区企业科技创新效率进行评价发现:"一带一路"倡议正式实施后,重点省区平均企业科技创新效率有明显提升;相比于"一带"沿线省区,"一路"沿线省区平均企业科技创新效率较高。
Scientific and technological innovation can provide a strategic support for improving social productivity and overall national strength.The implementation of the strategy of"scientific and technological innovation-driven development"has played an important role for promoting the development of science and technology innovation of enterprises in the provinces and autonomous regions along the"Belt and Road".The input and output data on the scientific and technological innovation of enterprises in 18 provinces and autonomous regions along the "Belt and Road"in 2011-2016 is collected,and the technological innovation efficiency in key provinces and autonomous regions is evaluated by use DEA model.The research shows that the average efficiency of technological innovation in key provinces and autonomous regions has been significantly improved with the implementation of the "Belt and Road"initiative.In addition,the average efficiency of technological innovation of enterprises along the"Road"is higher than the ones along the"Belt".
