摘要
在确定宽谱光源自相干函数测试系统的光路设计后,利用光学设计软件Zemax建立测试系统的仿真模型。在建立准直系统模型且光束达到最佳准直效果的基础上,建立整体测试系统的模型。将实际应用中可能的误差作为影响因素,分析了对应情况下的系统耦合效率,发现角锥镜的角度偏差,分光镜的角度偏差和耦合系统中接收光纤的三种对准误差对系统耦合效率的影响较大。根据绘制出的耦合效率变化曲线,提出了相应的技术指标,为设计和搭建测试系统提供了指导。
After determining the optical path design of coherence function test system of broad spectrum light source,the optical design software Zemax was used to establish the simulation model of the test system. On the basis of setting up collimating system model and achieving the best collimation effect,the whole test system model is established. Considering the possible error in practical application as the influencing factor,the coupling efficiency of the system under the corresponding situation was analyzed. It is found that the angle deviation of the pyramid mirror,the angle deviations of the optical splitter and the three alignment errors of the receiving optical fiber in the coupling system have great influence on the system coupling efficiency. According to the curve of the coupling efficiency,the corresponding technical indexes are proposed to provide guidance for the design and construction of the test system.
