摘要
目的:观察丹参注射液联合顺铂对肺癌的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年2月—2017年9月在医院接受治疗的肺癌患者为研究对象,根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予顺铂治疗,观察组在此基础上给予丹参注射液治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后肿瘤标志物、免疫指标和生活质量的差异。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组(χ~2=3.914,P=0.048);两组患者治疗前肿瘤标志物水平无差别,治疗后,观察组患者CYFRA21-1、NSE和CEA水平低于对照组(t=10.765、5.210、20.215,P<0.001);两组患者治疗前免疫指标无差别,治疗后,观察组患者IgG、IgA、IgM高于对照组(t=-7.994、-10.313、-3.161,P<0.001);两组患者治疗前生活质量无差别,治疗后,观察组生活质量高于对照组。结论:丹参注射液联合顺铂对肺癌患者有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者的免疫功能和生活质量。
Objective:To observe the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:The lung cancer patients who received treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to their treatment, they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given cisplatin treatment, and the observation group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and the differences of tumor markers, immune indexes and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, significantly higher than the control group's(χ^2 =3.914, P=0.048).There was no difference in the level of tumor markers between the two groups before treatment.After treatment, the levels of CYFRA21-1, NSE and CEA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=10.765, 5.210, 20.215, P<0.001).After treatment, the IgG, IgA and IgM of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=-7.994,-10.313,-3.161, P<0.001)after treatment in the two groups.The quality of life of the two groups before treatment had no difference.After treatment, the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with cisplatin has good therapeutic effect on patients with lung cancer, and can obviously improve the immune function and quality of life of the patients.
