摘要
通过分析归纳外饰产品中前后保险杠总成匹配结构的相似性,基于检具零件标准化的基础,提出保险杠总成检具五大模块的标准化设计构想,即将总成检具划分成五大块,针对每个模块进行标准化设计,供检具工程师设计使用,并大规模应用于各大主机厂保险杠总成类检具的开发,为汽车类其他零部件的检具标准化提供一种创新思路。
Through analyzing and summarizing the similarity of the matched structure of the front and rear bumper assembly, the standardized design concept that the five modules of checking fixture for the bumper assembly was put forward based on the standardization of the checkingfixture. Namely, it divided the assembly checkingfixture into five modules, and the standardized design for each module was done for the checking fixture engineers, and large scale applied to the development of bumper assembly checking fixturein main engine factories. It provided an innovation idea for the standardization of checking fixture for other automotive parts.
