本文论述了零部件检具在早期样件设计、生产件批准程序(PPAP)、以及生产过程中的作用,对零部件检具的设计、制造及检定进行了探讨,并阐述了SGM检具认证的步骤及要求。
The role of car parts gauges and instruments during the prototype design, PPAP, production process is stated in the paper. The design, manufacture and the verification for parts gauges and instruments is discussed, certification for the SGM gauges and instruments is also included.
