摘要
改革开放40年,也是中国法治变迁的40年。正是一部部立法的完成,促进了中国经济的大发展。然而,经济环境瞬息万变,立法和修法的步伐亦永不能停歇。中国经济领域的立法,依旧在路上2018年是一个具有特殊意义的重要年份,是贯彻落实党的十九大精神的开局之年,也是改革开放40周年。
In these 40 years, China has also experienced changes of rule of law. It is just the completion of the legislation one by one that promotes the great development of the Chinese economy. However, the economic environment has been changing rapidly, so the pace of legislation and amending the laws can never stop. China’s economic legislation is still on the road.
