摘要
目的探索山茶油对高脂血症所致雄性大鼠性功能障碍的作用。方法采用高脂饲料喂养建立高脂血症SD大鼠模型,按其TC水平随机分成5组:模型组,山茶油极低(0.075 ml/100g)、低(0.15 ml/100g)、中(0.30 ml/100g)、高(0.45 ml/100g)剂量组。采用灌胃方式,模型组和正常组均给予生理盐水(0.30 ml/100g),1/d,连续灌胃30 d。造模4 w及山茶油喂养30 d时,剪尾采血,测定甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度酯蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和睾酮含量,同时观察山茶油喂养30 d后雄鼠的性行为。结果与正常组相比,中、高剂量组扑捉潜伏期、射精潜伏期无显著性差异(P>0.05),扑捉次数、射精次数显著性减少(P<0.05),血清睾酮含量均显著性降低(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,各剂量组血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量均显著性降低(P<0.05),扑捉潜伏期、射精潜伏期、扑捉次数、射精次数均显著性增加(P<0.05),低、中、高剂量组血清睾酮含量均显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论山茶油对高血脂所致雄性大鼠性功能障碍具有一定的改善作用。
Objective To explore the effect of camellia oil on sexual dysfunction induced by hyperlipidemia in male rats. Methods The hyperlipidemic SD rat models were established by feeding a high fat diet, and randomly divided into 5 groups according to their TC level, model control group, camellia oil very low(0.075 ml/100g), low(0.15 ml/100g), medium(0.30 ml/100g), high(0.45 ml/100g) dose group. Both model and normal control groups were given saline(0.30 ml/100g) by gavaging, 1 time/day, for 30 days. The contents of tail blood TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and testosterone were measured in modeling 4 weeks and camellia oil fed 30 days. At the same time, the male sexual behavior was observed. ResultsCompared with normal control group, there was no significant difference in catch latency and ejaculation latency between the middle and high dose groups(P >0.05). The numbers of arrest and ejaculation were significantly reduced(P<0.05), and serum testosterone levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model control group, the levels of serum TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in each dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and catch latency, ejaculation latency, the numbers of arrest and ejaculation were significantly increased(P<0.05). The levels of serum testosterone were significantly increased in low, medium and high dose groups(P<0.05). Conclusions Camellia oil improves sexual dysfunction induced by hyperlipidemia in male rats.
