摘要
目的分析痉挛型脑性瘫痪应用头穴丛刺结合通督健脑法治疗对粗大运动功能的影响。方法 94例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿,随机分为对照组(41例)和观察组(53例)。对照组患儿采用Bohath疗法治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上采用头穴丛刺结合通督健脑法治疗。对比两组患儿治疗前后粗大运动功能以及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患儿A板块、B板块、C板块、D板块、E板块粗大运动功能测量量表(GMFM-88)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿A板块、B板块、C板块、D板块、E板块GMFM-88评分均较本组治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿临床总有效率为90.57%,显著高于对照组的73.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痉挛型脑性瘫痪应用头穴丛刺结合通督健脑法治疗可改善患儿粗大运动功能,提升临床效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of cluster needling at scalp acupoints combined with Tongdu Jiannao method on gross motor function of spastic cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 94 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group(41 cases) and observation group(53 cases). The control group was treated with Bohath therapy, and the observation group was treated with cluster needling at scalp acupoints and Tongdu Jiannao method on the basis of the control group. The gross motor function and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in A-plate, B-plate, C-plate, D-plate and E-plate gross motor function measure(GMFM-88) score(P >0.05). After treatment, both groups had higher A-plate, B-plate, C-plate, D-plate and E-plate GMFM-88 score than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had significantly higher total clinical effective rate as 90.57% than 73.17% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of cluster needling at scalp acupoints and Tongdu Jiannao method can improve the gross motor function of children and improve the clinical effect.
