摘要
艾炳蔚教授认为耳鸣、耳聋的治疗应辨病辨证相结合,明辨病因,鉴别诊断,四诊和参,辨证论治。艾炳蔚教授常用调神健脑法及隔姜灸法治疗耳鸣、耳聋,主张耳周腧穴不宜深刺,并根据患者证型不同加减穴位。艾老师认为耳鸣、耳聋疾病多是由肝胆火旺或肾经亏虚导致,故治疗时除耳周局部取穴外常配伍肝经及肾经腧穴治疗。
Professor Ai Bing-wei believes that the treatment of tinnitus and deafness should be based on the combination of differentiation of disease and syndrome,differentiation of etiology,differential diagnosis,four diagnoses and participation together. Professor Ai often uses the method of regulating mind and strengthening brain and ginger-separated moxibustion to treat tinnitus and deafness. He advocates that acupoints around ears should not be deeply punctured and that acupoints should be added or subtracted according to patients’ syndrome types. Professor Ai Ai believes that tinnitus and deafness are mostly caused by liver and gallbladder fire or deficiency of kidney meridian. Therefore,besides local acupoints around ear,they are often treated with liver meridian and kidney meridian acupoints.
