摘要
本文利用SWOT分析模型对心理咨询服务业的四种类型(网络、高校、临床、机构心理咨询)展开研究,总结行业共性问题,提出心理咨询服务业标准体系框架。研究发现一方面轻视心理问题的传统思想仍然是阻碍行业发展的一大因素,心理咨询资源的区域差弄悬殊;另一方面更符合来访者需求的新兴心理咨询机构正在快速发展,但因认证的专职心理咨询工作者严重不足造成服务质量良莠不齐;建立标准化、规范化管理模式,促进心理咨詢机构健康快速发展。
This paper uses the SWOT analysis model to study four types of psychological counseling service (online, college,clinical,social),summarizes the common problems and proposes its standard system framework.The study found that the traditional thinking of ignoring psychological problems is still a major factor hindering the development of the counseling.The regional differences in resources are very different.On the other hand,the emerging social counseling is developing rapidly,but the quality of service is different due to the serious shortage of psychological counselors.It is necessary to establish a standardized and standardized management mode to promote the healthy and rapid development of psychological counseling.
