摘要
藏羊是青藏高原的优势畜种之一,在青海省内分布广泛,随着多年的藏羊繁育和生产工艺技术进步,藏羊肉产业及其延伸出来的副产品产业取得了长足发展,已经成为促进青海省牧区经济发展的动力之一。因此,在提倡生态畜牧的背景下,如何科学、有效的推动青海省畜牧业的发展,促进藏羊肉产业的转型升级,成为青海省畜牧业发展的重中之重。本文就青海省藏羊资源、藏羊肉生产加工现状以及藏羊肉发展趋势等方面来分析藏羊肉产业的发展情况,并提出藏羊肉产业发展建议。
Tibetan sheep is one of the dominant livestock species of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,which is widely distributed in Qinghai Province,with many years of Tibetan sheep breeding and Tibetan sheep production technology progress,the Tibetan mutton industry and its extended by-product industry has made great progress,has become one of the impetus to promote the economic development of pastoral areas in Qinghai.Therefore,under the background of advocating ecological animal husbandry,how to scientifically and effectively promote the development of animal husbandry in Qinghai Province and promote the transformation and upgrading of the Tibetan mutton industry has become the most important part in the development of animal husbandry in Qinghai Province.In this paper,the development of Tibetan mutton industry is analyzed in the aspects of Tibetan sheep resources,production and processing status of Tibetan mutton and development trend,and suggestions for development of Tibetan mutton industry are put forward.
