摘要
草地资源是青海省畜牧业生产和广大农牧民赖以生存和发展的物质基础,是青藏高寒生态系统的绿色屏障。受恶劣气候、超载过牧及人类活动等因素的影响,草地资源遭受了严重的破坏。因此,加强宣传教育,提高保护意识,做好经营管理和结构调整,完善基础设施,健全法律法规,依法进行有效的保护和利用是促进畜牧业经济持续稳步发展的有效途径。
Grassland resource is not only the substantial base tot the peasants and herdsmen to survive and develop, but also the green shelter of Qinghai-Tibet plateau ecology. Due to bad climate condition, over graze and human＇s activity, the grassland resource has been destroyed. It＇s an available and sustainable way to promote animal husbandry development that strengthen propaganda to public, enhance the protective intention, tighten up the management and so on.
