摘要 根据国际上冷疗的最新研究进展,结合国内外在冷疗手段方面的应用,采用文献综述的方法,以单手冷疗为切入点,在人体皮表生理学进展和快速热交换技术发展的基础上,选取体温、心率、主观疲劳感觉、肌肉工作能力和有氧运动能力等指标,力求全面客观的探讨单手冷疗在缓解运动性疲劳、提高恢复效率和提高运动表现中的机制和作用。 According to the latest research progress of cold therapy in the world,combined with the application of cold therapy in domestic and foreign countries,using literature review method,one-hand cold therapy as the entry point,the development of human skin surface physiology and the development of rapid heat exchange technology In the above,select body temperature,heart rate,subjective fatigue feeling,muscle work ability and aerobic exercise ability and other indicators,and strive to comprehensively and objectively explore the mechanism and role of one-hand cold therapy in relieving exercise fatigue,improving recovery efficiency and improving sports performance.
