摘要
消防训练工作作为消防部队的重要组成部分,其效能的发挥是制约消防部队整体作战水平的关键因素。借鉴灭火救援业务训练与考核大纲及其他相关训练资料,从中抽取针对新入伍消防员普遍组训的科目,构建新训消防员训练水平评价指标体系,将管理学中网络分析法与专家咨询法相结合,确定该评价体系的权重。该评估方法和评估模型的运用,对消防部队训练工作起到一定的指导作用。
Firefighting training is an important part of the fire fighting force; hence its efficiency is the key factor restricting the firefighting force＇s combat capacity. Based on the training and assessment of fire fighting and rescue operations as well as other training materials,this paper takes the common training courses for new firefighters to build an assessment index system with the weight of the assessment index system determined by both network analysis and expert consultation methods. The application of the assessment method and model can play a guiding role for the training of the fire fighting force.
