摘要
目的:分析讨论我院2013～2016年中成药不良反应资料,为临床规范合理使用中成药提供参考。方法:对我院近4年收集上报的166例中成药不良反应的相关数据进行分析并对分析结果进行比对。结果:166例上报的中成药不良反应报告中,2013年41例,2014年52例,2015年34例,2016年39例;男66例,女100例,男女性别比例为1∶1.52;给药途径以口服为主,其次为静脉滴注;剂型分布中最多的为注射液,其次为胶囊,糖浆和巴布膏最少;共涉及13类中成药,排名前三位为祛瘀剂、清热剂、温里剂;临床表现以消化系统最多,其次为皮肤及其附件和神经系统。166例中成药不良反应报告中,痊愈149例,好转17例,未有后遗症和死亡病例的报告。结论:中成药的不良反应与中药材、生产工艺、患者体质、疾病状态、临床不合理用药等多种因素有关,需加强中成药制剂不良反应监测力度,为临床合理用药提供参考。
Objective:to evaluate the Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR)of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in a primary hospital between 2013 and 2016,hence to provide instructions for canonical and rationalusage of TCMinclinical practice.Methods:A total of166 ADRscases were tracked and reported in the last four years,and the raw data were analyzed and compared between groups.Results:Among all the 166 ADRs cases reported,41,52,34 and 39 cases werein 2013,2014,2015 and2016,respectively.66 cases were male and 100 cases were female,generating a sex ratio of 1:1.52.Majority of the ADRs cases were through oral administration,then intravenous route.The most commondosage forms were injection,followed by capsules,syrup andbabu paste.A total of 13 categories were involved,and the top three prescriptionswere phlegm removing,heat clearing and internal colddispelling.The most clinical manifestations wererelated to digestive sys tem,followed by the skin and its accessories and nervous system.In all the ADRs cases,149 were recovered,17 were improved and no adverse sequelae and deaths were reported.Conclusion:ADRs of TCM were associated withprimary materials,production technology,patients' constitution,disease status,irrational drug useand other related factors,whichneed to be strengthenedby surveillance of ADRs in TCM realm,then providing guideline for clinical practice.
