摘要
目的探讨护理干预对减少门诊输液患者药物不良反应的影响。方法选取我院2012年2月—10月门诊输液患者12 000例,按输液时间顺序将前6 000例作为对照组,后6 000例作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上进行护理干预,分析2组患者在门诊输液过程中药物不良反应的发生率和发生程度。结果对观察组患者进行护理干预后,发生药物不良反应的患者有558例,发生率为9.3%,重度药物不良反应1例;对照组发生药物不良反应的患者有1 328例,发生率为22.13%,重度药物不良反应4例,观察组患者的药物不良反应发生率和反应程度均显著低于对照组。结论对门诊输液患者给予相应的护理干预,能够有效地降低药物不良反应发生率,减轻不良反应发生程度,减少患者的病痛,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention to reduce drug adverse reaction of venous transfusion outpatients. Methods Select in February 2012 to October 2012 to 12000 cases of venous transfusion outpatients , According to venous transfusion time sequence in front of 60,00 eases in the control group, the other 6000 cases in the observation group, the control group with routine nursing, the observation group was carried out on the basis for nursing intervention, analysis of 2 groups of patients in the outpatient infusion process adverse drug reaction incidence and degree of occurrence. Results Through carries on the observation of 2 groups of patients. The results showed that nursing intervention on the patients of the observation group, 558 eases of adverse drug reaction , the incidence rate was 9.3%, 1 cases of severe adverse drug reaction, 1 328 eases of adverse drug reaction in the control group, the incidence rate was 22.13%, 4 cases of severe adverse drug reaction. Patients in the observation group, the incidence and occurrence degree of adverse drug reaction were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Given the appropriate nursing intervention on patients can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions, reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, reduce the patient＇s pain, improve patient satisfaction.
