Investigation of microbial contamination in rural drinking water of Liaoning province in 2017

摘要 目的了解辽宁省农村地区生活饮用水中微生物污染现状,为改善农村饮用水质量和提高农村居民健康意识提供科学依据。方法结合2017年辽宁省生活饮用水卫生监测工作,采集枯水期和丰水期集中式供水的出厂水和末梢水,检测水样中的菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群和大肠埃希菌4项指标,计算合格率。结果共采集水样4 555份,其中枯水期2 278份,丰水期2 277份,菌落总数和总大肠菌群合格率枯水期高于丰水期,出厂水高于末梢水。不同水源类型下菌落总数(χ^2=207.949,P<0.05)和总大肠菌群(χ^2=471.745,P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。消毒与未消毒时菌落总数(χ^2=8.136,P<0.05)和总大肠菌群(χ^2=149.661,P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。不同消毒方法间菌落总数差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=19.235,P<0.05),总大肠菌群差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.759,P >0.05)。结论辽宁农村地区饮用水消毒率低,菌落总数和总大肠菌群合格率偏低。 Objective To investigate the microbial contamination of drinking water in rural areas of Liaoning province,and to provide a scientific basis for improving rural drinking water quality and improving rural residents’ health awareness.Methods According to the sanitary monitoring of drinking water in Liaoning province in 2017,the finished water and the tap water of centralized water supply during the dry season and wet season were collected to test the total number of colony,total coliforms,heat-resistant coliform and colorectal four indicators of corynebacterium,calculated the pass rate.Results A total of 4 555 water samples were collected,of which 2 278 were in dry season and 2 277 in wet season. The total number of colonies and the total coliform passing rate in dry season were higher than those in wet season,and the finished water was higher than the tap water. The total number of colonies( χ^2= 207. 949,P < 0. 05) and total coliforms( χ^2= 471. 745,P<0.05) were significantly different among different water types. The total number of colonies( χ^2= 8.136,P< 0.05) and total coliforms( χ^2= 149.661,P<0.05) were significantly different between sterilized and non-sterilized samples. The total number of colony between different disinfection methods was statistically significant( χ^2= 19.235,P<0.05),the total coliforms difference was not statistically significant( χ^2= 2.759,P >0.05).Conclusion The disinfection rate of drinking water in rural areas of Liaoning province is low,the total number of colonies and the total coliform colony pass rate is low.
