摘要
A29中碳高锰钢为裂纹敏感钢,针对用280 mm×320 mm大方坯轧制棒材的表面裂纹,通过工艺过程调查及相变模拟分析,认为轧材裂纹的产生与连铸坯缓冷工艺有关,而后优化连铸缓冷工艺并调整A29成分,轧材无裂纹机率由原来的50.3%提高至85.5%。
As for the surface crack of 280mm × 320mm on thick billet rolling bar,the crack on rolling bar was related to the slow cooling process of continuous casting billet through the investigation of the process and simulation analysis of phase change.By optimization of continuous casting slow cool process and adjusting of the composition of main elements in A29,the probability of the rolling material without crack was increased from 50.3% to 85.5%.
