摘要
选用在油相中分散性较差的涤纶作为研究对象,以非离子型聚醚分散剂(AEO9)、阴离子型磷酸酯盐类分散剂(KDY-30)、阳离子型季铵盐类分散剂(D-1821)对涤纶进行涂覆处理,探究了不同类型分散剂对涤纶在油相中的分散性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜对经筛选的分散剂上浆前后的涤纶表面形貌进行了表征,并以分散因数等对涤纶在油相中的分散效果进行了评价。结果表明:AEO9、KDY-30、D-1821三种分散剂的最佳上浆质量分数分别为0.8%、1.0%、0.6%;经三种分散剂上浆后的涤纶的最佳分散因数分别为0.65、0.73、0.58;同时说明非离子型分散剂与离子型分散剂都能改善涤纶在油相中的分散性,经阴离子型分散剂涂覆后的涤纶分散效果明显优于另外两种分散剂。
Polyester fiber with poor dispersion in the oil phase was used as the research object, and was coated with nonionic polyether dispersant (AEO9), anionic phosphate salt dispersant (KDY-30) and cationic quaternary ammonium salt dispersant (D-1821). The effects of different dispersants on the dispersion of PET fiber in oil phase were investigated. And Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize the PET fiber surface morphology of the selected dispersants before and after sizing. The dispersing effect of PET fiber in oil phase was evaluated by dispersion coefficient. The results show that the optimum sizing concentration of three dispersants of AEO9, KDY-30 and D-1821 are 0.8%, 1% and 0.6%, respectively. And the optimum dispersion coefficients of PET fibers after sizing with three dispersants are 0.65, 0.73 and 0.58, respectively. Meanwhile, both nonionic and ionic dispersants can improve the dispersion of PET in the oil phase, and the dispersing effect of PET after the anionic dispersing agent is obviously better than the other two dispersants.
