The capacity growth situation of China polyester technical yarn during 2001-2010, the manufacturers and their capacities and spinning equipments are introduced. The applications of polyester technical yarn in tape fabric, safety belt, geomaterial, technical cloth, warp-knitted fabric and woven fabric, safety bag, transport belt, hose and ropes are described in detail.
