摘要
目的分析北京市居民大肠癌筛查知识知晓情况及肠镜筛查接受情况,为提高大肠癌筛查效能提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,随机抽取北京市8个社区(行政村)1 354户家庭,对其中的1 600名40～74岁居民进行问卷调查。结果 10道筛查题目的知晓率分别为62.81%、75.38%、50.56%、74.13%、31.00%、44.69%、71.13%、90.94%、69.44%、54.13%,城市居民知晓率高于农村居民(P<0.05)。分别有93.31%和64.13%的居民愿意参加"大便隐血试验免费筛查"和"肠镜收费筛查"项目,城市居民的接受率均高于农村居民(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,家庭人均月收入≥3 000元/月是居民接受肠镜检查的促进因素。结论北京市居民大肠癌筛查知识知晓率和肠镜筛查接受率偏低,应采取有针对性的措施来提高居民大肠癌筛查效能。
Objective To analyze the knowledge of colorectal cancer screening and the acceptance of colonoscopy screening in Beijing residents, and provide evidence for improving the screening effectiveness of colorectal cancer. Methods A multistage sampling method was used to collect 1 354 families from 8 communities(administrative villages) in Beijing. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 600 40~74 year old residents. Results The awareness rates of 10 screening questions were 62.81%, 75.38%, 50.56%, 74.13%, 31.00%, 44.69%, 71.13%, 90.94%, 69.44% and 54.13%,respectively. The awareness rates of urban residents were higher than those of rural residents(P<0.05). 93.31% and 64.13%of the residents were willing to participate in the "free screening of fecal occult blood test" and "colonoscopy free screening", respectively. The acceptance rate of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the per capita monthly income( >3 000 yuan/month) was the promotive factor for colonoscopy. Conclusion The awareness rate of colorectal cancer screening knowledge and the acceptance rate of colonoscopy screening in Beijing residents are on the low side.
