摘要
目的探讨风寒湿痹型类风湿关节炎(RA)应用针刺结合艾灸治疗的效果。方法选取我院2015年8月—2018年2月80例风寒湿痹型类风湿关节炎患者,数字随机抽取分成观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组单纯采用针刺治疗,观察组采用针刺结合艾灸治疗,观察2组治疗效果、患者主要症状评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率与对照组相比较显著提高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后关节肿胀度、双手握力评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风寒湿痹型类风湿关节炎应用针刺结合艾灸治疗具有较为显著的临床效果,可明显改善患者临床症状,缓解疼痛,临床应用价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of applying acupuncture combined with moxibustion in rheumatoid arthritis( RA). Methods From August 2015 to February 2018,80 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were selected,and the numbers were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with moxibustion. The treatment effect of the two groups was observed,the main symptom score of the patients and the visual simulation score of pain( VAS score) were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the joint swelling degree and the control score of both hands of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has more significant clinical effect,can significantly improve the patients’ clinical symptoms,relieve pain,and has high clinical value.
