摘要
目的建立益气解毒胶囊质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法,对益气解毒胶囊中黄芪、白术、防风、黄芩进行定性鉴别;通过高效液相色谱法对益气解毒胶囊中的黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果黄芪、白术、防风及黄芩TLC鉴别图谱清晰,阴性对照无干扰;黄芩苷进样量在98.5~1970 ng范围内与峰面积呈良好线性,相关系数r=0.9995。平均加样回收率为99.32%,RSD=1.22%。结论所建立的方法简便易行,专属性强、重复性好,能有效的控制益气解毒胶囊的质量。
Objective To establish the quality control for Yiqi Jiedu capsules. Methods The qualitative identification of Yiqi Jiedu capsules was characterized by thin-layer chromatography with the Radix astragali,Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizoma,Radix sileris and Radix Scutellariae. The content of baicalin in Yiqi Jiedu capsules was measured by high performance liquid chromatography. Result The TLC spots of Radix astragali,Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizoma,Radix sileris and Radix Scutellariaev were distinct without interference of negative control. The HPLC linear ranges of baicalin was better in 98. 5 ~ 1970 ng and r values was 0. 9995. The average recovery was99. 32% and RSD was 1. 22%. Conclusion The method of identification and content determination is convenient,specific and repetitive.It can effectively control the quality of Yiqi Jiedu capsules.
