摘要
目的分析乳腺增生症患者应用疏肝补肾散结汤联合微创手术治疗的效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年3月接受治疗的128例乳腺增生女性患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表达法将他们平均分为对照组和研究组,每组64例,对照组患者应用微创手术治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合疏肝补肾散结汤治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后研究组患者的总有效率为96. 88%,显著高于对照组的71. 88%(P <0. 05);研究组患者白带量增多、月经延迟以及恶心等不良反应的发生情况显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论应用疏肝补肾散结汤联合微创手术治疗乳腺增生症效果良好,能显著降低不良反应的发生率,安全可靠,利于患者肿块的缩小,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of Shugan Bushen Sanjie decoction combined with minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia.Method From February 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital,128 patients with breast hyperplasia were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and research group by random number expression on average,and each group had 64 cases.The control group applied minimally invasive surgery,and the research group applied Shugan Bushen Sanjie decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 71.88% of the control group (P <0.05).Adverse reactions such as increased leucorrhea,delayed menstruation and nausea in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of in the study group combined minimally invasive surgical in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia has good-effect,which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,is safe and reliable,good for patients with tumors shrink,and improve the quality of life.
