摘要
目的观察臭氧大自血疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症的临床疗效及护理。方法将52例脑卒中后遗症患者分为治疗组和对照组,各26例,对照组给予舒血宁药物治疗,治疗组运用臭氧大自血疗法治疗,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组痉挛改善总有效率为96.15%,对照组为88.46%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FMA评分明显改善,且治疗组改善更明显(均P<0.05)。结论臭氧大自血疗法治疗脑卒中后遗症比运用活血药物疗效明显,可在临床积极应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and nursing of ozone autotension therapy in the treatment of sequelae of stroke.Methods Fifty-two sequelae of stroke patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shuxuening drug.The treatment group was treated with ozonated autologous therapy.TThe clinical efficacy was observed. Results The total effective rate of spasm improvement in the treatment group and the control group was 96.15% and 88.46% respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of FMA in both groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious (all P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone antotension therapy in the treatment of sequelae of stroke has a significant effect,and can be actively applied in the clinical medicine.
