基于生物质裂解活性有机物的有机-无机水溶肥对空心菜产量、品质及养分的影响 被引量:11

Effects on Yield, Quality and Nutrients of Water Spinach by Organic/Inorganic Water-soluble Fertilizer Based on Bioactive Extracts from Biomass Pyrolysis

摘要 用秸秆热裂解液态产物制备有机-无机水溶肥(以下简称炭基水溶肥),探讨其在蔬菜生产上的应用效果。提取生物质炭可溶性有机物,配合添加无机养分,制备成炭基有机无机水溶肥(S),设置不同稀释倍数(x)喷施的空心菜小区试验,并与某品牌的市售商品水溶肥(D)对比,分析对空心菜产量、叶绿素、品质、常量及微量元素含量的影响。结果表明,炭基水溶肥对空心菜产量、品质及养分的影响与肥料施用的稀释倍数密切相关。同D4x相比,S10x、S8x和S5x显著提高空心菜产量达22.60%~38.98%,S10x和S8x显著提高维生素C含量7.68%和8.78%,S12x、S10x和S8x显著提高全N含量达4.76%~8.70%,S8x和S5x显著提高全K含量均约24%。炭基水溶肥与市售水溶肥都显著降低硝酸盐含量,同CK相比,S12x、S10x和D4x的降幅为15.69%~22.41%。炭基水溶肥还显著提高空心菜Fe、Mn和Zn等微量元素含量,以S10x和S8x处理效果尤为显著。施用炭基水溶肥具有空心菜增产优质的综合作用效果,且以8x~10x稀释处理效果最佳,且大部分指标明显优于供试的市售水溶肥。因此,生物质热裂解产品在开发有机-无机水溶肥方面具有一定的市场潜力。 Bioactive organic products derived from biomass pyrolysis were used to prepare organic-inorganic water soluble fertilizer (hereinafter referred to as biochar-based water soluble fertilizer), and their effects on vegetable production and quality were explored in this research. The biochar-based water soluble fertilizer was prepared with the dissolved organics extracted from biochar combined with the addition of inorganic nutrients. Different dilution ratios (x) of biochar-based water soluble fertilizerwere used to spray water spinach planted in field. And a brand of water soluble fertilizer sold in the market (D) was taken as control treatment. Yield, chlorophyll, quality, contents of macro and trace elements of water spinach were investigated. The effect of biochar-based water soluble fertilizer on the yield, quality and nutrients of water spinach was closely related to its dilution ratio. When compared with D4x, the yield of water spinach was significantly increased by 22.60%-38.98% in S10x, S8x and S5x, vitamin C content by 7.68% and 8.78% in S10x and S8x, respectively, total N content by 4.76% -8.70% in S12x, S10x, and S8x, and total K content by about 24% in S8x and S5x. The two kinds of water soluble fertilizer had significant effects on reducing the nitrate content of water spinach. Compared with the control, S12x, S10x, and D4x significantly reduced nitrate content by 15.69% -22.41%. The biochar-based water soluble fertilizer also significantly increased the contents of Fe, Mn, and Zn in water spinach, especially in S10x and S8x treatments. The application of biochar-based water soluble fertilizer increased the yield and quality of water spinach, and the optimal treatments were the biochar-based water soluble fertilizer diluted by 8x -10x. Moreover, most determined indices of water spinach sprayed with biochar-based water soluble fertilizer were obviously better than those in control treatment.
