摘要
运用电晕工艺处理自制非沥青基高分子片材,研究电晕工艺对片材表面能及各方面性能的影响。结果表明,当电晕输出功率10 kW、牵引速度2 m/min、电极间距4 mm时,电晕处理效果最好;电晕处理可以有效增加非沥青基片材表面能,改善片材与自粘层复合效果;适当电晕处理对片材力学性能无明显影响。
The article describes non-bituminous high polymer sheet manufactured with corona treatment and the influence of the corona technology on surface energy and other properties of the sheet.The results show when corona output is 10 kW, tractive speed is 2 m/min,distance between electric poles is 4mm,the corona treatment has the best result.It can effectively increase surface energy of the sheet and improve combination of the sheet with self-adhesive layer.Appropriate corona treatment has no significant influence on mechanical properties of the sheet.
