摘要
目的对比应用聚多巴胺复合涂层前后,三种树脂粘接剂剪切粘接强度的变化。方法将36片氧化锆瓷片随机分为6组,每组6片,A、B、C组进行表面喷砂处理,D、E、F组进行喷砂+聚多巴胺复合涂层处理,分别应用Super Bond C&B、Panavia F、3M Rely U200与树脂片粘接,测试粘接强度。结果经聚多巴胺复合涂层处理后三种粘接剂的粘接强度均有所提高,但其中3M Rely U200组提高不明显。结论聚多巴胺复合涂层可显著提高Super Bond C&B和Panavia F的粘接强度。
Objective To investigate the effect of polydopamine on the shear bond strength of zirconia ceramics.Methods A total of 36 pieces of zirconia ceramics were randomly divided into 6 groups. The surfaces of group A,B,C were treated with sandblasting,while those of group D,E,F were treated with sandblasting and complex coating with polydopamine. Then,Super Bond C&B,Panavia F,3M Rely U200 were applied to the specimens respectively. The shear bond strength was recorded. Results The shear bond strength of the three adhesives was improved after treatment with polydopamine. However,no significant increase was observed in the group of 3M Rely U200. Conclusion Complex coating with polydopamine can significantly increase the shear bond strength of Super Bond C&B and Panavia F.
