摘要
目的 :探讨三球式呼吸训练器在对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者进行肺功能康复训练中的应用价值。方法 :将2015年2月至2018年3月期间四川省人民医院收治的120例COPD患者平均分为观察组和对照组。这些患者入院后,均对其进行常规治疗。在此基础上,对对照组患者进行常规肺功能康复训练,指导观察组患者使用三球式呼吸训练器进行肺功能康复训练。然后比较两组患者在治疗前后其第一秒用力呼气容积的实测值/预计值(FEV1实测值/预测值)、每分钟最大通气量的实测值/预计值(MVV实测值/预测值)、第一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)及COPD患者生存质量测评表(QOL)的评分。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的MVV实测值/预测值和FEV1实测值/预测值均大于对照组患者(P <0.05);两组患者的FEV1/FVC相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者QOL量表中焦虑心理症状、抑郁心理症状、社会活动情况、日常生活能力的评分均低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论 :将三球式呼吸训练器应用于对COPD患者进行肺功能康复训练中的效果较为理想。
Objective:To explore the application value of three-ball breathing trainer in pulmonary rehabilitation training for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:120 COPD patients admitted to sichuan people's hospital from February 2015 to March 2018 were divided into observation group and control group on average.These patients were treated routinely after admission.On this basis,patients in the control group were given routine pulmonary function rehabilitation training,and patients in the observation group were instructed to use the three-ball breathing trainer for pulmonary function rehabilitation training.Then compared two groups of patients before and after treatment in the measured values/expected value of the first second forced expiratory volume (FEV1 measured values/ forecast),the chase volume measured values per minute/expected value (MVV is measured values/forecast),forced expiratory volume in the first seconds/forced vital capacity (FEV1 /FVC)and COPD patients survival quality CePingBiae (QOL)score.Results:after treatment,the measured value/predicted value of MVV and FEV1 in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in FEV1/FVC between the two groups (P >0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression,social activities and daily living ability in QOL scale of the patients in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of three-ball breathing trainer in pulmonary function rehabilitation training for COPD patients is ideal.
