摘要
目的探究心理护理对宫颈癌化疗患者不良反应和生存质量的影响。方法 100例宫颈癌化疗患者,采用随机数字表法分成护理1组与护理2组,每组50例。护理1组采用心理护理,护理2组采用常规护理。比较两组患者不良反应发生情况和生存质量。结果护理1组不良反应发生率为12.00%,低于护理2组的34.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,护理1组生活质量各项评分均明显高于护理2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理应用于宫颈癌化疗患者时,能显著降低患者不良反应,提升其生存质量,此方法值得应用与推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of psychological nursing on adverse reactions and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy were divided by random number table method into nursing group 1 and nursing group 2, with 50 cases in each group. Nursing group 1 received psychological nursing, and nursing group 2 received conventional nursing. The occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life between two groups were compared. Results Nursing group 1 had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 12.00% than 34.00% in nursing group 2, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before nursing, both groups had no statistically significant differences in quality of life scores (P>0.05). After nursing, nursing group 1 had obviously higher quality of life scores than nursing group 2, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing can significantly lower the adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy, and it is worthy of application and promotion.
