摘要
目的探析配偶关怀教育对女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤患者自我感受负担及生存质量的改善效果。方法选取靖江市人民医院2018年1月至2021年6月收治的80例女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤患者展开前瞻性研究,以乱数表法将其分为两组,每组各纳入40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在其基础上加用配偶关怀教育,对比干预前后两组患者的自我感受负担量表(SPBS-CP)评分、生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)评分。结果干预前,两组患者的SPBS-CP评分、QOL-BREF评分差异无统计学意义;干预后,两组患者的自我感受负担及生存质量有明显改善(SPBS-CP评分降低、QOL-BREF评分上升),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论配偶关怀教育有助于减轻女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤患者自我感受负担,提升生存质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of spouse care education on the self-perceived burden and quality of life of patients with malignant tumors of the female reproductive system.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 80 cases of female reproductive system malignant tumors in Jingjiang People's Hospital from January 2018 to June 2021.They were divided into two groups by random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given nursing care in accordance with the department's nursing routine,and the observation group used spouse care education.The score of SPBS-CP and QOL-BREF were compared before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the score of SPBS-CP and QOL-BREF between the two groups before intervention.After the intervention,the self-perceived burden and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved(the score of SPBS-CP were decreased and the score of QOL-BREF were increased)(all P<0.05),and the improvement was better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Spouse care education helps to reduce the burden of self-feeling of patients with malignant tumors of the female reproductive system and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
