摘要
目的探讨PAX8和SATB2在卵巢黏液性肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性复习25例卵巢原发性黏液性肿瘤、9例卵巢转移性黏液腺癌、5例结直肠黏液腺癌的临床资料,病理形态学分析,免疫组织化学染色方法检测PAX8、SATB2、CK7、CK20、CDX2等蛋白的表达。结果卵巢原发性黏液性囊腺瘤组10例,3例PAX8(+)、SATB2均(-)。交界性卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤组10例,4例PAX8(+),SATB2均(-)。卵巢原发性黏液腺癌组5例:SATB2均(-),2例PAX8(+)。卵巢转移性黏液腺癌组:其中结直肠黏液腺癌转移组SATB2 4例(+),PAX8均(-);胃转移性腺癌组PAX8、SATB2均(-),5例结直肠腺癌病例中4例SATB2(+)。结论 PAX8、SATB2抗体是鉴别卵巢黏液性肿瘤来源的重要免疫标记物,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the significance of PAX8 and SATB2 in distinguishing ovarian mucinous tumors. Methods Clinicopathological data were analyzed retrospectively in 25 cases of primary and 9 cases of metastatic adenocarcinoma of the ovary and 5 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma. The expression of PAX8 and SATB2, CK7, CK20 and CDX2 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Among primary ovarian tumors, PAX8 was observed in(3/10)mucinous cystadenomas, SATB2 was observed in(0/10) mucinous cystadenomas, PAX8 was observed in(4/10)mucinous borderline tumors, SATB2 was observed in(0/10) mucinous borderline tumors. Among primary ovarian adenocarcinoma, PAX8 was observed in(2/5) mucinous adenocarcinoma and SATB2 were all negative. Among ovarian metastases, SATB2 staining was observed in(4/5) colorectal adenocarcinomas. No SATB2 staining was observed in any ovarian metastasis of gastric, pancreatic carcinomas. SATB2 staining was observed in(4/5)colorectal adenocarcinomas. Conclusion PAX8 and SATB2 are the most useful immunomarkers in the differential diagnosis of ovarian mucinous tumors, which may play an important role.
