摘要
对当前海外工程项目跨文化管理基本情况进行了概述,结合具体存在的问题提出了有效开展项目跨文化管理的措施,以此为更多施工企业保质保量地做好海外工程项目跨文化管理提供参考经验。
This paper summarizes the basic situation of cross-cultural management of overseas projects,and puts forward several effective measures to carry out cross-cultural management of projects in combination with specific problems,so as to provide reference experience for more construction enterprises to do a good job in cross-cultural management of overseas projects with good quality and quantity.
