摘要
以申嘉湖高速1标项目鹿山枢纽立交软土地基现浇箱梁支架施工为对象,对淤泥、荷塘等软基上支架施工进行研究。以往在软基上进行现浇箱梁支架施工,需进行换填清宕渣后,进行地面硬化处理,成本较高,同时,地基硬化质量也难以保证。通过研究软土基础上支架施工,可以节省地基处理的费用,同时,确保支架基础承载力满足要求。
Taking the construction of cast-in-place box girder support for soft soil foundation of Lushan hub interchange of Shenjiahu high-speed 1 standard project as research object, This paper studies the construction of supports on soft foundation such as silt and lotus pond. In the past, in the construction of cast-in-place box girder bracket on soft foundation, it is necessary to replace and fill in the slag, and then the ground is hardened, which has a high cost, and at the same time, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of foundation hardening. By studying the construction of support on soft soil foundation, the cost of foundation treatment can be saved and the bearing capacity of support foundation can be ensured to meet the requirements.
