摘要
目的研究2006—2017年12年来海南省儿童1型糖尿病的发病情况并比较1989—1996年发病率的变化。方法回顾性登记海南2006年1月1日至2017年12月31日全省各县级以上医院0～14岁儿童新诊断1型糖尿病病例。根据2000年第五次和2010年第六次全国人口普查时海南省的0～14岁人口资料,以等比方法计算其他年份的各年龄、各性别的人口数。计算年校正发病率,应用x^2检验、Poisson公式检验及Poisson回归分析检验发病率差异显著性。并比较与1989—1996年发病率的变化。结果共登记新诊断病例152例,平均年粗发病率为0. 71/10万(95%CI:0. 39/10万～1. 26/10万),校正平均年发病率为0. 72/10万。性别发病率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。随年龄增加,发病率逐渐升高,经x^2检验相互间差异有统计学意义(x^2=8. 51,P <0. 05)。10～14岁发病率最高。与1989—1996年比较,总校正发病率为0. 30/10万,发病率有增高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论海南省儿童2006—2017年校正平均年发病率为0. 72/10万,与1989—1996年比较呈上升趋势,但差异无统计学意义。
Objective To clarify the incidence of type 1 diabetes of children in Hainan province between 2006 and 2017,and to compare the difference in incidences of type 1 diabetes between the two periods of 2006-2017and 1989-1996.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes mellitus among children aged 0-14 in hospitals in Hainan province from January 1,2006 and December 31,2017.According to the data of the 0-14 year old population in Hainan Province in the fifth and sixth national census in 2000 and 2010,the average age,the morbidity in every year and the annual correction rate were recorded.Chi square test,Poisson formula test and Poisson regression analysis were carried out.And compared with the changes in the incidence of 1989-1996.Results A total of 152 newly diagnosed cases were registered,with an average annual incidence of 0.71/100000(95%CI:0.39/100000~1.26/100000),with annual correction rate of 0.72/100000.There was no significant difference between genders.As the age increased,the incidence rate gradually increased.There was significant difference between the two groups by chi square test (χ^2=8.51,P <0.05).The incidence rate of 10-14 years old was the highest.Compared with the correction rate was during 1989-1996(0.30/100000),the incidence of the disease was increased.Conclusion The average annual correction incidence rate of type 1 diabetes in children in Hainan province is 0.72/100000.Compared with the period of 1989-1996,the incidence of the disease is increased,but there was no statistical difference.
