摘要
对比分析了热轧H型钢翼缘和腹板的室温拉伸性能、低温冲击性能和显微组织的差别。结果表明,腹板屈服强度、抗拉强度和低温冲击吸收功高于翼缘,尤其是低温冲击吸收功提高明显;腹板晶粒呈扁平状,但尺寸细小且分布均匀.其综合力学性能优于晶粒呈等轴状的翼缘。
The difference of room temperature tensile properties, low temperature impact properties and microstructure of flange and web of hot-rolled H-section steel were compared and analyzed. The results show that the yield strength, tensile strength and low temperature impact absorption energy of the web are higher than those of the flange, especially the low temperature impact absorption energy increases obviously. The web grain is flat, but the size is small and the distribution is uniform. Its comprehensive mechanical properties are superior to those of the flange with equiaxed grain.
