摘要
高等教育领域的翻转课堂,目的是突破传统教学所面临的改革"瓶颈"。本研究以N大学为个案,基于翻转课堂三方(领导、督导、同行)评价数据进行分析,发现其翻转课堂实践主要存在以下问题:翻转脱离客观实际、物理和空间条件不足,无法满足翻转课堂客观需求;翻转内涵凝练不明确、注重"修形"的翻转模式占主导,教学整体设计与思路不清晰;教师与被实施翻转的学生之间存在信息脱节、导学与干预工作未妥善进行,学生对教师实施的翻转缺乏主观认同与参与积极性等。因而,未来N大学翻转课堂的改革,既需要从根本上厘清翻转课堂之要义,也需进一步完善翻转课堂所需主客观条件等。
Flipped classroom in the field of higher education aims to break through the reform “bottleneck” of traditional teaching. This study takes N University as a case and analyzes the data based on the three party (leadership, supervision,peer) evaluation data of the flipped classroom. It is found that the flipped classroom practice shows the following problems: the flipped classroom deviated from reality, physical and spatial conditions are insufficient, and the objective needs of flipped class cannot be met; the connotation of flipped classroom is not clear, and the flipped mode focusing on “reformation” is dominant,the overall design and ideas of teaching are unclear; there is information disconnection between teachers and students who have been flipped,guidance and intervention work has not been properly carried out and students lack subjective recognition and participation enthusiasm for teachers’ flipped work. The future reform of flipped classroom at N University needs to clarify the essentials of flipped classroom fundamentally, and further improve the subjective and objective conditions required to improve the flipped classroom.
