摘要
目的观察传统中医药疗法对老年痴呆患者康复的促进作用。方法:将老年痴呆康复治疗者随机分为常规组与实验组,每组各50例,常规组患者给予石杉碱甲胶囊治疗,实验组在常规组治疗的基础上给予中药药枕、中医刮痧、针灸、按摩等中医药治疗。结果实验组治疗后,BEHAVE-AD评分明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMSE评分实验组改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);躯体功能、情感角色、心理健康以及社会功能等评分两组均比治疗前有显著提高(P<0.05),其中中医实验组比常规组各项评分数值提高幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论科学利用传统中医理论及技能治疗老年痴呆,能有效加速痴呆患者的各项功能恢复,最终提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) therapy on the rehabilitation of senile dementia patients. Methods 100 cases of patients received dementia rehabilitation were randomly divided into normal group and experimental group,50 cases in each group. Normal group was given Huperzine A capsulese,experimental group received Chinese medicine pillow,TCM scraping,acupuncture and massage on the basis of normal group. Results The BEHAVE-AD score in experimental group was significantly higher than that of normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with normal group,the scores of experimental group increased more significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion The scientific use of TCM theory and skills can effectively accelerate the functional recovery of dementia patients,and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients with senile dementia.
