摘要
以液态双酚A环氧树脂为基料,甲基四氢苯酐为固化剂,BDMA为促进剂,400目活性硅微粉为填料,按不同的填料配比,采用APG工艺制得测试样条,考察了不同硅微粉用量对环氧浇注料的机械强度、介电性能、耐溶液腐蚀性、吸水率等的影响。其中,机械性能与耐电痕性能都呈现随着填料含量增加而变好,达到临界点后变坏的趋势。综合各项指标看,活性硅微粉的含量在63%~67%时,环氧浇注料综合性能较好。
Taking liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin as basic material,methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride as curing agent,BDMA as the accelerator,400 mesh active silica powder as filler according to different ratio,casting the specimens by APG process. Then different silicon powder content effects on the mechanical strength,dielectric properties,resistance to corrosive solution,water absorption rate,etc. of casting resin system are investigated. Among them,this performance of mechanical strength and resistance-tracking change with same trend that this performance will become better under certain content of silicon powder,but that will become worse when the content of silicon powder reaching critical value. From all technical parameters of test results,we can find that the activated silica powder content was 63%~67% when casting resin system has good comprehensive performance.
