摘要
介绍某半直驱风电电机的定子冲片复合模设计,复合模主要从模架、上、下模和卸料装置的结构等方面进行了设计优化,满足超长型高精度的定子冲片的生产要求。实际生产验证,模具使用状态稳定,平均一次刃磨达到成形3~5万片,对类似定子冲片复合模设计具有一定的借鉴作用。
The design of the compound die for the punching sheet of stator of a semi-direct drive wind turbine generator was presented. The structure of die set, the upper half and lower half of die, the stripper mechanism were designed and optimized, to meet the production requirement of the punching sheet of super-long stator. The actual production showed that the die worked stably, and the average single grinding life reached 30,000 to 50,000 pieces, which provided a reference for the design of compound die for similar parts.
