摘要
分析精密齿轮中心孔表面质量加工工艺的缺点及解决方法,用精密修孔模保证齿轮同轴度的要求,提高了齿轮的生产效率和质量,对同类零件的加工具有一定的参考作用。
The concentricity of precision gear wheel, the disadvantages of processing tech-nique of central hole surface and corresponding solutions were analyzed. The gear wheel concentricity was improved by precision hole trimming die which increases the production efficiency and product quality.
