摘要
中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司主要加工低硫高酸重质原油,采用两级交直流电脱盐技术,脱后原油含水、含盐指标经常不合格。对电脱盐工艺和设备存在问题进行分析后,决定对电脱盐电场及相关配套设备进行改造,增大电脱盐罐体,采用三级电脱盐流程:第一级采用智能响应控制电脱盐技术,第二级和第三级采用高频和智能响应联合控制的电场设计方案。比较改造前后运行效果发现该技术在加工高酸重质原油时显示出优异性能,提高了电脱盐效率,降低了脱后原油盐含量,满足了技术指标,提高了经济效益。
Low-sulfur high-TAN crudes were mainly processed in CNOOC Taizhou Oil & Gas( Taizhou) Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.. The two-stage DC/AC electro-static desalting process was applied for crude oil desalting,and water,and salt in the desalted oil failed to meet the required specifications. After analysis of existing problems in process and equipment of the desalting unit,it was decided to revamp the desalter’s electric field and associated equipment to expand the volume of desalter’s drum and adopt the three-stage electro-static desalting process. The intelligent-response electro-static desalting technology was adopted in the 1 st-stage electro-static desalting,and the integrated high-frequency and intelligent-response electro-static desalting electricity field was applied in the 2 nd-stage and 3 rd-stage electro-static desalting. The comparison of the operation results before and after the revamping has found out that this process offers excellent performance in processing high-TAN heavy crude oil by increasing salt removal rate and reducing salt in desalted crude oil. The technical specifications have been met and economic benefits have been improved.
